Tulip ‘Yellow Pompenette’ (10 bulbs)

Tulip ‘Yellow Pompenette’ is a beautiful, scented, double late tulip that grows giant, peony-like, ruffled, canary yellow flowers.

Blooming throughout spring, these bulbs will grow to reach a height of around 45cm/18″, with stems that are strong and sturdy allowing them to withstand heavy wind and rain.

For the strongest visual impact, plant these bulbs together, in groups of at least 10-15, to contrast against other colourful spring flowering bulbs. These bulbs can be used in borders, beds, containers or rock gardens and are perfect for cut flower displays around the home.

‘Yellow Pompenette’ tulips will grow in a wide range of soils, acid, alkaline or neutral, provided there is good drainage, ideally in a position of full sun. Plant the bulbs approximately 15cm/6″ deep and 10cm/4″ apart.
