1. General Terms: To be a Gates Loyalty Club member you must be a UK mainland resident, aged 18 years or over and have a UK email address. The Gates Loyalty Card App can only be used by the member who is named and registered on the app account. Gates Garden Centre may refuse an application for any reason and reserve the right to merge or close additional accounts at any time. You must keep us informed of any changes to your personal or membership details. We will not be responsible for any loss of vouchers or benefits resulting from details being out of date or inaccurate. We may, at our discretion, decline to issue, withdraw, or remove club member offers, benefits, vouchers, or invitations on the app at any time where a member appears to have breached the terms, or behaved in an appropriate, misleading or abusive manner. The Gates Loyalty Club App can be used within the garden centre, restaurants, farm shop and participating concessions. As a member you’ll receive loyalty communications relating to your membership through a number of channels which can include in app notifications, post, email and text message. These may include exclusive rewards, offers and invitations from us. You can choose to amend your marketing communication preferences or cancel your Gates Loyalty Club App at any time, you can do this on the digital app on your device within the ‘account’ menu on the app.

Steps to delete your APP account

Step 1: Log into the app
Step 2: Go to the Account icon
Step 3: Select the Details tab at the top
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and tap ‘Permanently Delete Account’
Step 5: Enter App password, and tap delete.
Your customer record is immediately permanently deleted.

2. Free Hot Drink: Loyalty Club members can enjoy a free hot drink every month, just show your free hot drink digital voucher in the rewards section of your Gates Loyalty Club App when placing your drinks order at the counter. Offer includes all hot drinks and variants including teas, coffees and hot chocolate. One free hot drink per Gates Loyalty Club member per month served in either The Garden Restaurant, The Courtyard Coffee Shop or Gates Seasonal Pop-Up Café. Please note, this offer excludes concessions.

3. Save £5 when you spend £50: A one-time introductory offer ‘Save £5 when you spend £50 or over in-store’ is valid to new loyalty card members only. Once the offer has been redeemed in-store this reward will be removed from your rewards menu on the Gates Loyalty Club App. To activate the ‘Save £5 when you spend £50’ offer, members can scan the digital reward barcode when purchasing items at the till, in a single transaction of £50 or more. It can be used at Gates Garden Centre, The Garden Restaurant, The Courtyard Coffee Shop or Gates Farm Shop. Excludes the purchase of Gift Cards.

Newly activated App sign ups may take up to 72 hours before the barcoded offers are active on their ‘phone.

4. Get your shopping for FREE: This reward is a randomised free prize draw with a shopping basket of £150 or less being selected on a monthly basis from all our registered Loyalty Club member purchases. To enter this monthly prize draw ensure you scan your Gates Loyalty Club App every time you make a purchase in-store. The prize draw winner willbe notified and contacted within the last week of every month via their marketing communication preferences.

5. We plant a tree: When you spend over £100 on a scanned Gates Loyalty Club purchase, a tree or native hedgerow sapling will be planted at Gates Garden Centre, or on Gates farmland during our annual planting cycle.
