Tulip ‘Sensual Touch’ (10 bulbs)

A recipient of the Royal Horticultural Society’s Award of Garden Merit, Tulipa ‘Sensual Touch’ is a truly unique Tulip with bowl-shaped flowers, resembling peonies or roses, densely packed with apricot-orange petals that feature paler yellow edges. They also feature green outermost tepals that become hidden as they unfold.

Flowering in mid to late spring, these bulbs will reach a height of approximately 45cm/18″, with stems that are strong and sturdy allowing them to withstand heavy wind and rain. As recognised by the RHS, this variety is consistent and reliable with excellent disease and pest resistance.

For the greatest visual impact, plant these bulbs in groups of at least 10-15, to complement other colourful spring flowering bulbs. They can be used in areas such as borders, beds, containers or rock gardens and are perfect for cut flower displays.

‘Sensual Touch’ tulips will grow in a wide range of soils, acid, alkaline or neutral, provided there is good drainage, ideally in a position of full sun. Plant the bulbs approximately 15cm/6″ deep and 10cm/4″ apart.
