Tulip ‘Doll’s Minuet’ (20 bulbs)

Tulipa ‘Doll’s Minuet’ is a beautiful viridflora tulip that produces deep pink-red petals that are lightly flushed with green.

Known for their vivid colour, these striking flowers will appear in May, reaching a full height of around 55cm/22″.

A stalwart of the late-spring garden, tulips are excellent for creating a vibrant spring display at the front of flowering borders, or even as cut flowers for floral arrangements in the home. They are also excellent for underplanting roses or growing through Muscari.

Tulips such as ‘Doll’s Minuet’ will grow in a wide range of different soils, provided there is good drainage, and are fully hardy in the UK.

Plant the bulbs 10cm deep and 10cm apart. Remove flower heads as they begin to fade and avoid repeatedly planting tulips in exactly the same spot that they have been grown in recent years.
