Étoile De Hollande is a beautiful climbing rose supplied by David Austin® in a 6-litre pot with a cane support frame. A strong and vigorous climber with dark green foliage, this Hybrid Tea rose bears long buds that open to attractive double crimson-red blooms with a strong Old Rose fragrance.

Ideal for growing against large structures, such as pergolas, arches or garden walls, its vibrant colour makes it a magnificent choice for positioning against the side of a house.

If planting in a border, it will need a tall support as this rose can grow up to 20ft (6m), creating a cascade of blooms. This beautiful climbing rose is suitable for all soil types and will grow best in a position of full sun.

How to care for your rose

To get the best blooms from your climbing rose, plant it with a sprinkling of David Austin Mycorrhizal Fungi to help the roots establish and encourage good plant health. We also recommend regularly feeding with rose food, once in late March or early April and again in July. Whilst this rose is in flower, regularly deadhead to encourage new bud growth.
