Crocus ‘Romance’ (20 bulbs)

Flowering into early spring, Crocus ‘Romance’ bulbs are perfect for adding some romantic charm to the garden, producing tight, cup-shaped, warm, creamy-yellow flowers.

Part of the RHS Plants for Pollinators collection, these low maintenance blooms are extremely attractive to pollinators and will likely bring bees and other large pollinators to the garden.

Growing to a height of approximately 8cm, these compact flowers are perfect for planting at the front of borders, window boxes, rockeries and walkways. Alternatively, try planting these Crocus ‘Romance’ bulbs in naturalistic drifts in a lawn and watch them spread into clusters.

Plant these bulbs approximately 5cm deep and 5cm apart. Crocuses will grow in a wide range of soils provided there is good drainage. They like sunshine but the flowers will last longer in partial shade. To avoid interference by mice or squirrels, lay chicken wire on top of the bulbs before laying down topsoil.
