Lilium ‘Asiatic Pink’ Bulbs

The Lilium ‘Asiatic Pink’ is a beautiful lily with deep pink flowers stood upright atop a long stem.

These stunning pink flowers are perfect for a summer border or bed and can be used in containers or pots on a terrace or balcony.

We recommend to plant these bulbs in Autumn, a few weeks before the winter brings freezing temperatures giving the lily time for a good root system to develop.

Aim to plant the bulbs around three times as deep as the height of the bulb (around 15-20cm) with the flat end down, then mulch lightly to retain moisture. For best results you can top dress with slow release fertiliser and when buds appear feed with a high phosphorous food or bone meal. When fully grown these lilies can reach up to 90cm tall and may spread up to 40cm.

The Asiatic variety of lilies are among to first to bloom, usually flowering around July to August.
