Weber Mediterranean BBQ Cookery Course

Nigel is a self-confessed lover of the outdoor lifestyle and all forms of outdoor cooking.

He achieved a thorough grounding in cooking, working at several different restaurants with various cooking styles before finding his true passion in teaching; sharing information, having fun and cooking in an outdoor environment.

Although his laid-back approach to cuisine was often at odds with a hectic commercial kitchen environment, Nigel finds this makes him a particularly engaging teacher, and through his work training people in al fresco dining skills at Weber, he has found his vocation.

Nigel has been sharing his passion for cooking with small groups at Weber for around a decade now, and he also finds time to run a catering company at a football club, feeding spectators, players, officials and the boardroom. As well as his catering commitments, Nigel is dedicated to inspiring his two young boys to develop their enthusiasm for cooking, which keeps him busy!

Nigel enjoys the variety of menus and different grills that he gets to use on the Weber BBQ courses as they require a fresh approach each time, and he hopes this enthusiasm will inspire you to enjoy the exciting Mediterranean Barbecue courses at Gates as much as he does.
