Convallaria majalis var. rosea ‘Lily of the Valley’ Pink (3 bulbs)

Convallaria majalis var. rosea Pink “Lily of the Valley” blooms with delicate arching stems carrying flurries of rose pink, bell shaped flowers. These blooms carry a powerful, timeless fragrance and are set against a carpet of tall, elliptical, basal leaves.

Often seen in bouquets as an exquisite cut flower, these plants flourish in moist soil and full or dappled shade making these bulbs ideal for planting in areas of woodland or shady borders.  Make sure to put them somewhere noticeable, as after the flowers have died back little red berries will appear.

Convallaria majalis var. rosea bulbs can be planted in a wide range of soil conditions including clay soils at a depth of 3cm/1″ and a spacing of 15cm/6″.

Once established, Lily of the Valley plants will require little maintenance and will make for superb groundcover.
