Iris reticulata (15 bulbs)

Iris reticulata is the classic flower that springs to mind when thinking of Irises. This is an early flowering bulb, that blooms with deep purple-blue flowers that feature yellow and white splashes and lighter petals in the centre that are almost lilac in colour.

These bulbs are perfect for planting in the front of a sun-trapped border, as well as for growing in pots and containers to be placed on patios. Plant them en masse for a blanket of luxurious colour, or mix them among other flowers, such as Snowdrops, for a combination of beautifully contrasting colours.

Plant these reticulata bulbs roughly 8cm/3″ deep in the soil and around 8cm/3″ apart from each other to allow room for flowers to bloom.
