The Weber Master-Touch GBS Premium E-5770 Charcoal Barbecue is a reinvented incarnation of Weber’s legendary 57cm kettle barbecue.

This three-in-one Weber BBQ is great for grilling steak, burgers or sausages for the family, and is also perfect for roasting larger cuts of meat as well as flavoursome low and slow smoking of ribs or pork shoulder to impress guests at larger gatherings.

This grill features a convenient hinged lid for easy hands-free grilling: great for easy lifting when both hands are occupied holding a heavy dish of food.

Several features on this barbecue have been developed especially to provide the best experience possible for smoking food. A durable porcelain-enamalled Char-Ring holds fuel together, so that it burns slowly and efficiently over time. This saves on fuel and extends cooking times; perfect for low-and-slow smoking.

A stainless steel diffuser system sits directly on top of the Char Ring and dampens any heat going into the food, so you can easily control the heat when barbecuing. This is great for great for cooking items at a very low temperature with slow cooking times, such as delicious slow ribs, pork shoulder, even smoked chicken.

A special smoke setting has also been introduced on the lower air vent which produces only a very small amount of air intake into the bowl, which helps to maintain a low temperature over several hours.

The easy-clean stainless steel cooking grate is compatible with Gourmet Barbecue System (GBS) grillware. This means you can extend the repertoire of food you can prepare on a barbecue. Our favourites are fresh stone-baked pizza with a crisp crust and oozing cheese toppings using a Weber Premium Grilling Stone or searing delicious caramelised sear marks onto steaks using a GBS Sear Grate (GBS grillware sold separately). The cooking grate is also hinged, for topping up charcoal without removing the grate.

You can harness the future of barbecuing technology, take the guesswork out of barbecuing, and cook to perfection by attaching an iGrill 2 or iGrill Mini to the included iGrill bracket (iGrill 2 and iGrill Mini purchased separately). This monitors the temperature of food and sends you flip and serve updates to your mobile phone, leaving you free to socialise, putting an end to under-done food or burnt offerings.

Once your cook-up is complete, clearing ash is made easy with the one-touch cleaning system and enclosed aluminium ash catcher.
