A durable porcelain-enamelled Char-Ring holds fuel together, so that it burns slowly and efficiently over time. This saves on charcoal and extends cooking times; perfect for low-and-slow.
A stainless steel diffuser system sits directly on top of the Char Ring and dampens any heat going into the food, so it is easier to control the heat when cooking items at a very low temperature with slow cooking times.
A special smoke setting has also been introduced on the lower air vent which produces only a very small amount of air intake into the bowl, helping to maintain a low temperature over several hours.
For effortless hands free grilling, this barbecue also features a convenient hinged lid, designed to leave both hands free for tending to food.
