Just attach the burner to the rear of the Karu 12 to convert to gas power and you’ll be ready for some low-maintenance cooking.

With this gas burner you’ll have power and control to hand and it is capable of heating up the Karu 12 to 450 degrees centigrade within 25 minutes. You will also attain great flame performance while cooking at any temperature as the burner features a low power valve to help you cook at lower temperatures, so you can explore making a range of dishes other than pizza.

The Ooni Gas Burner for Karu 12 comes with a 37 mbar regulator including a gas hose, which easily connects to a propane gas bottle. The body of the burner is also fully-serviceable.
