Ooni Premium Hardwood 5 inch Oak Logs

These 13cm (5 inch) Premium Hardwood Oak Logs by Ooni are 100 per cent Oak Logs from responsibly managed sources.

Burning longer than softwood, these Hardwood Oak Logs contain no chemicals, aromas or additives that could taint your pizza creations, and will infuse whatever you’re cooking with all-natural, authentic, flame-cooked flavour.

Kiln-drying these logs, rather than seasoning, kills insects and sucks moisture from the wood, producing high quality logs with a low moisture content that are easy to light and which burn efficiently.

Sized to perfectly fit the fire tray on an Ooni Karu 12 Pizza Oven. Burning 6-7 pieces will produce a consistent heat and each 7-8kg box will cook dozens of pizzas.
