Dough that is proofed in the Ooni Dough Proofing Boxes will be soft, springy and easy to work with, as the moisture levels are regulated by the sealed lids. Constructed from smooth and durable BPA-free Polypropylene, floured dough will also not stick to the surface, plus as there’s plenty of space in the boxes, balls of dough should not stick together.
