Ooni Dual Platform Digital Scales

The Dual Platform Digital Scales by Ooni is the most accurate way to weigh out ingredients when making pizza bases or toppings.

Useful for weighing flour, water or pizza toppings, the larger plate is for measuring larger ingredients up to a maximum of 10kg in increments of 1 gram. Precision is crucial when making pizza dough, and with this in mind, the smaller plate can be used for measuring smaller quantities of yeast, salt, or herbs up to 200g in increments of 0.1g.
