Levington® Tomorite Peat Free Organic Planter (42 litres)

The Levington® Tomorite Peat Free Organic Planter is a 42 litre pack of nutrient-rich compost that promotes optimum root growth and full flavour, all while remaining entirely peat free.

Perfect for growing a wide range of vegetables and crops, this organic planter is enriched with seaweed to help bring out their full flavour. It also excels at growing tomatoes due to being enriched with Tomorite Organic Tomato Food.

This tomato planter also ensures great moisture retention for thirsty tomato plants and can be used as it is or in conjunction with a Hozelock Growbag Waterer to help ensure your plants stay hydrated.

Alternatively, use with Grow Bag Cane Support Frames in order to help support your tomatoes or crops and protect them from windy weather.

Consequently, this large planter is the perfect base for tasty and healthy tomatoes or delicious and high yielding crops.

Gardening tips

• Always take care when lifting, wear gloves & wash hands after use
• When planting, shake the bag to distribute the contents and cut out panels along the dotted lines.
• After planting, water in using about 6 litres (approx. 1.5 gallon) and then water as necessary to keep the bag moist.
• We recommend feeding with 20ml of Tomorite® in 4.5 litres (1 gallon) of water. Use 4.5 litres of diluted Tomorite® for most crops, once a week. For heavy feeders such as tomatoes under glass, feed twice a week when the fruit on the second truss has set.
• Avoid piercing the bottom of the bag to retain water. Train plants to fan out so that they receive maximum light and air. For the best results feed with Tomorite®.
