Grillstream Classic 4 Burner Hybrid Barbecue with Side Burner

The Classic 4 Burner Hybrid Barbecue with Side Burner by Grillstream is a multi-fuel BBQ that lets you choose either the convenience of a gas grill, or the flavour of cooking on charcoal. Or you can even mix it up searing steaks over charcoal on one side, whilst cooking on gas on the other side.

This grill is perfect for medium to large gardens, cooking for larger families and catering for large gatherings.

Gone are the days of not being able to get the charcoal lit as the gas burners light the coals effortlessly. Lighter fuel and paraffin cubes that can taint the taste of your food are also banished from this simple process.

Using the left hand Side Burner, veggies can be simmered or sauces can be heated through, so a whole meal can be prepared on the barbecue at once. You’ll also find a useful right hand side table for prepping and serving food on.

Channeling cooking juices away from the gas burners, the revolutionary Grillstream System directs the meat juices to the front of the barbecue, where they baste the food being cooked. This basting creates the most succulent and tender meat, whilst the excess fat is collected for easy disposal and flare ups are minimised.

After the cook-out is done, clean-up is a doddle as the ash from the charcoal is kept away from the gas burners on a charcoal tray.

With the option of additional grillware from the Grillstream Gastro System (purchased separately), the grill’s range is further extended so you can bake perfect pizza, make sensational stir-fries, or cook awesome roast chicken all from the grill.
