You could begin the cook using charcoal, and finish with gas, or mix it up and barbecue burgers over hot coals on one side, whilst grilling chicken over gas on the other side. Gone are the days of struggling to light charcoal. On the Gourmet 4 Burner Hybrid Barbecue the coals are ignited by the gas. Also banished are lighter fuels and paraffin which can taint the taste of food.

New for 2024 is the app-controlled Grillstream Smart Grilling Hub, which takes the guesswork out of grilling. Showing real time cooking temperatures on your phone, with updates on when to filp or serve food, it leaves you free to entertain guests or play with the kids, without having to check on food.

Another innovation is the Grillstream System which channels away juices which cause flare-ups, charring and acrid flavours. They are instead used to baste what’s cooking, resulting in more juicy, succulent and tender meat.

Ash is kept completely away from the burners, and after a cookout, clean-up is a doddle thanks to the Grillstream System, which separates excess juices from the ash.

The Gastro System further extends the repertoire of the barbecue so you can enjoy using additional grillware (purchased separately) to cook a delicious stir fry, perfect BBQ pizza or tender roast chicken, perhaps basted with your favourite marinade.
