The Classic 3 Burner is a truly versatile performer. With the multi-fuel hybrid system you get the best of both worlds in one barbecue. Either the classic smoky barbecue taste associated with cooking on charcoal, and also the convenience and control of a Gas Grill BBQ.

Another option is to fire up with indirect charcoal cooking, to produce a roast chicken or joint of meat which is full of flavour and infused with a delicious smoky aroma. Or why not try grilling over gas on one side, whilst searing steaks over hot coals on the other. Grill, bake, roast, sear and smoke, the possibilities are endless with this barbecue.

Gone are the days of not being able to get the charcoal lit. With the Grillstream Hybrid System, it’s straightforward as gas can be used to easily ignite the charcoal. Paraffin and lighter cubes which can taint the taste of BBQ food are also banished from the process. Lighting the coals really couldn’t be easier.

Another advancement is the Grillstream System. Preventing meat juices from dripping onto the gas burners and creating flare-ups, this produces healthier food by limiting food charring and acrid flavours. Meat juices are channelled away to the front of the grill, where they baste the barbecuing food, for tender, moist and succulent meat every time. Excess fat is collected for easy disposal after the cook is over.

During the cook, ash is kept away from the gas burners on a separate Charcoal Tray and after the cook is over, it’s simple to empty as it is not full of congealed fat and juices thanks to the Grillstream System.

Also includes a handy griddle for searing prefect lines onto steaks, which can be flipped over to provide a flat-top on which you can cook small or delicate items such as breakfast or fajitas.
