Gladioli Butterfly ‘Bernadette’ – 10 bulbs

Growing significantly shorter than traditional Gladioli, the Gladioli Butterfly ‘Bernadette’ produces striking spires of bold, red and yellow blooms, standing proud above their sword-shaped leaves.

Ideal for filling out those spots too small for traditional Gladioli, these eye-catching perennials look idyllic placed at the front of a summer border or cut for floral displays.

For the best results, plant these bulbs in clusters of five or more in a position of full sun with each bulb 10 cm deep and 10 cm apart. Ideally, we recommend separating groups of bulbs with some flowers saved for cutting throughout the summer and the rest for garden display.

Gladioli need water during the growing period and mulching with peat or compost to conserve moisture.
