Gladioli Butterfly ‘Silvana’ – 10 bulbs

With many of the benefits of traditional Gladioli but in a smaller form factor, the Gladioli Butterfly ‘Clemence’ produces gorgeous spires of deep pink blooms that will add an elegant touch to any summer border or vase.

These smaller Gladioli are ideal for locations where the taller traditional Gladioli are slightly too tall such as at the front of a border. They also make for excellent cut flowers and are a florist’s favorite for indoor displays. We recommend separating groups of bulbs with some flowers saved for cutting throughout the summer and the rest for garden display.

For the best results, plant these bulbs in clusters of five or more in a position of full sun with each bulb 10 cm deep and 10 cm apart. For a continuous display of bloom, plant groups of bulbs at two week intervals.

Provide consistent moisture during the growing season and remove spent flower stems, allowing the foliage to die down naturally.
