Festive Christmas Gonk with Nordic Fur (Assorted Designs)

The Festive Christmas Gonk with Nordic Fur is a Christmas ornament that will add a touch of novelty to your home over the festive period. Available in three unique designs with different patterns. This cute Scandi figure has a body which is covered in grey Nordic fur, with grey felt arms coming off the body that are finished off with little red felt gloves. He also has the signature Gonk bulbous nose sticking out from under his red and grey knitted hat. All combined with a long flowing white beard cascading from beneath the hat. This ornament is made using firm padding with bead stuffing at the bottom to ensure it is sturdy when stood in place.

Gonks originate from old Scandinavian folklore of gnomes and goblins. They are often suggested to be the Nordic answer to Santa Claus. Even now, Scandinavian children will leave out porridge and butter for the Gonk on Christmas Eve to ensure that he is well fed and will bring good fortune and protection to their homes and farms.
