Crataegus laevigata ‘Rosea Flore Pleno‘ is a delightful, native, wildlife-friendly species.

An explosion of dainty, pink flowers bring a majestic blossom in spring. These blooms are almost rose-like in appearance and an added bonus is their sweet fragrance, much loved by butterflies, bees and other pollinators.

In autumn, small, delicate, scarlet berries appear and bring an excellent food source for birds and wildlife. Native to Britain, this Crataegus species is award winning too and has been recognised with an RHS Award of Garden Merit.

Plant your Crataegus in a bright, sunny location in fertile and well drained soil. This variety is slow growing and therefore suitable for any sized garden.
