They are available in a choice of medium or large with the large head offering wider cutting angles and the medium head offering greater cutting control.

Both cutting heads are made from high-quality SK5 Japanese steel offering excellent clean cuts, time and time again.

The cast aluminium handles are lightweight and strong with extremely high grip rubber inserts that increase comfort as well as providing a firm and secure grip. They also feature rubber buffers on the inside of the mechanism to absorb the impact shocks of each cut, further helping to reduce hand strain.
