The Weber Summit FS38 Gas Grill Barbecue is the most versatile barbecue in its class, plus finished in black porcelain enamel, it looks every bit as special as it cooks.

This luxurious 5 burner gas BBQ is great for feeding the family as well as catering for a whole hungry hoard, thanks to its two levels of extra-large cooking grates. With acres of space on the primary cooking area and extra available on the secondary grate, a whole menu of food can be cooked at once.

Larger cuts of meat can be grilled on the impressive rotisserie, which is heated from above by the best infrared sear zone available on any barbecue. Meat on the rotisserie self-bastes as it rotates, producing delicious tender and succulent meat with a crispy caramelised skin that your guests are guaranteed to love. Reaching temperatures of 815 degrees Celcius, it also doubles up as a superior steak searing station that brings restaurant quality to the back garden by locking in flavour and moisture to multiple steaks at a time, searing them edge-to-edge.

To add that classic smoky flavour that Weber is famous for, there’s a Smoker included. To impart a subtle smokiness try using the Weber wood chips that complement what’s cooking on the grill. Flavorizer Bars sizzle and smoke beneath the grate to add additional BBQ flavour, whilst also directing grease away from the flames to minimise flare-ups.

For convenience, a side burner heats up sauces or sautés vegetables at the barbecue, whilst the extra-large side table has plenty of space to prep and serve food: both mean fewer trips away from the barbecue, which can be handy when you want to be stationed at the grill.

With the Weber Crafted and Weber Gourmet BBQ Systems (GBS), you can integrate additional cooking accessories (sold separately) such as a Weber GBS Dutch Oven Duo, or Weber Premium Grilling Stone, so you can grill breakfast, bake flame-cooked BBQ pizza, steam veggies, griddle fajitas and even stir-fry with ease.
