This wood pellet fired Weber BBQ is great for smoking food low and slow at a constant 95 degrees centigrade for hours at a time. The barbecue takes around 10-15 minutes to heat up from cold and it can be set up for searing at up to an impressive 315 degrees centigrade within just 8 minutes from the smoke setting, so perfect restaurant-quality sear marks can be achieved on steaks with ease.

This barbecue can also roast, bake, and make use of all the Weber Crafted Gourmet Barbecue System (GBS) grillware and accessories, so you can roast a chicken or bake a pizza just as easily as you can grill meat and vegetables.

With Weber Connect technology built-in, it knows the temperature inside the grill and will update you when your food is ready, with alerts on your mobile phone. This takes the guesswork out of barbecuing, letting you know when to flip and serve, leaving you more time to get on with entertaining guests, so you can be chilling while you’re grilling. It even alerts you when you are running low on fuel.

A full hopper is large enough to smoke a generous sized brisket, giving you 10-14 hours of smoking time at a stable temperature. The innovative design of the pellet auger, means the pellets won’t clog, for a stress-free cook.

Ash and grease are collected at the bottom of the barbecue, safely removed from where you’re cooking food, in a removable, disposable, drip pan. This means that when you’ve finished the cook, clean up is easy.
