Weber Crafted Rotisserie Crisping Basket

The Weber Crafted Rotisserie Crisping Basket is a stainless steel basket that attaches to a Weber Rotisserie on either a charcoal or Gas BBQ.

As the barbecue’s spit roaster rotates, the food in the Crisping Basket will self baste as it cooks, reducing the need for cooking oils, thereby making healthier food.

Thanks to the wire mesh construction, smaller food will not fall through the gaps, allowing you to prepare barbecued potatoes, crispy chips, roasted veggies or bake smaller cuts of meat. Great for extending the repertoire on a Weber Barbecue, this helps you conveniently cater a whole meal from the grill.

Because it rotates slowly, it will ensure meat is both crispy and moist. Smoky chicken drumsticks in BBQ sauce cooked in the basket is our favourite.

A handy removable divider has been included too, allowing the user to cook more than one type of food at a time.
