Weber Butcher Paper

The Butcher Paper by Weber is unwaxed, uncoated and food grade paper to wrap around BBQ meat such as beef brisket, or when cooking pulled pork recipes.

Used in the final stages of a low and slow barbecue cooking process, Weber Butcher Paper provides a barrier that helps to protect the meat from drying out or becoming too charred during cooking.

Allowing the meat to breathe and smoke to penetrate whilst it cooks helps prevent the meat from becoming too moist and steaming in its own juices, resulting in a better texture and a more pronounced smoky flavour.

Unlike foil, Butcher Paper soaks up some of the grease and allows moisture to evaporate helping prevent your meat becoming soggy.

Weber Butcher Paper can also be used for lining BBQ trays or wrapping around food to keep it protected.

This large roll of Weber Butcher Paper is easy to use, can be cut to size to suit your purposes and is relatively inexpensive compared to other wrapping materials.
