Perfect for creating delicious tender fish infused with delicate flavour and smoky aroma that you get with a low and slow smoking session, or they can also be used in for a faster grilling session on a wood pellet grill.

Using these pellets will enhance the flavour of BBQ food, their medium intensity smoke is particularly recommended for pairing with fish and they also work well with poultry, seafood and vegetables, offering plenty of versatility.
