Other features to help achieve the perfect bake include a hinged glass oven door, which allows monitoring of the cook with the door closed and a mounted digital thermometer which displays the ambient oven temperature, so the interior temperature can be managed with the door closed. Insulation and air-flow have also both been improved on this oven, making it more fuel-efficient.
