Iris Dutch ‘Carmen’ (15 bulbs)

Iris ‘Carmen’ is a gorgeous Dutch Iris that will produce stunning, tri-colour flowers of lavender and white with a single yellow blotch.

Blooming around May and June, these ‘Carmen’ bulbs are perfect for planting at the front of a border, as well as for growing in pots and containers to be placed on patios, terraces and balconies. They are particularly spectacular when planted in groups of at least 20 bulbs and can also be used as cut flowers.

Plant these bulbs approximately 8cm/3″ deep in the soil and around 8cm/3″ apart from each other to allow room for the flowers to bloom. They are okay in acidic, alkaline or neutral soil and tend to prefer a position of full sun or partial shade.
