Farm Shop Retail Assistant Full-Time, Permanent Gates Farm Shop is seeking a full-time Retail Assistant for its large farm shop, located alongside Gates Garden Centre near Oakham. We are looking for a food orientated individual, with a passion for retail and customer service, to join our expanding team. Our Retail Assistants play an important role, as they represent Gates when serving many hundreds of our customers every week. This comes with a high degree of trust, and so a strong sense of commitment and attention to detail are essential for this role.
