The ‘Nostalgia’ hybrid tea shrub rose from Whartons Roses, is an exceptional bloom that combines vibrant strawberries and cream shades on stunningly large and fragrant double roses. These wonderful blooms repeat flowers throughout the summer into early autumn, to create a stunning display.
In addition to the magnificent and scented flowers, this rose grows glossy foliage that emerges deep red and changes to dark green as it matures. The combination of richly coloured foliage and bright blooms make this shrub rose a worthy addition to any rose garden.
This stunning shrub also has a neat and compact growth habit which makes a wonderful addition to a large pot or container, but it looks equally stunning added to more formal rose borders, mixed with other hybrid tea roses.
The ‘Nostalgia’ shrub rose is easy to grow and has good disease resistance. This has been recognised by the Royal Horticultural Society who have given it the prestigious Award of Garden Merit.
