How to use: 4 Steps to barbecued beef excellence

• Step 1: Soak chips for up to 1 hour in a tray of water
• Step 2: Set up your barbecue for gentle cooking over an indirect heat source
• Step 3: On a gas barbecue, add your chips to a Weber Universal Smoker Box (purchased separately) and locate it at the back of the grate. On a charcoal grill, liberally sprinkle pre-soaked chips directly onto lit coals
• Step 4: Add your food to the grate and let the barbecue do all the work as the smoke gently infuses the meat as it cooks
