How to use: 4 Simple steps to adding smoke intensity to barbecue dishes

• Step 1: Pre soak chips in a tray of water for up to 1 hour
• Step 2: Set up your gas barbecue for gentle cooking over an indirect heat source
• Step 3: Add your chips to the smoker box and locate it at the back of the barbecue above the lit burners
