Weber’s Spirit E-425 is an incredibly versatile mid sized four burner gas barbecue, which comes with a Sear Zone and cooking surface that is a 50/50 split of traditional cast iron cooking grates and a flat top plancha.

With this grill an entire meal can be prepared at once from the one barbecue, with meat seared on the cooking grates whilst tasty vegetables and delicate dishes are prepared on the griddle.

Two Boost Burners unleash 40% more heat in the Sear Zone to create bold flavourful sear marks which seal in flavour and tenderness to several mouth watering steaks at once.
