This black 47cm Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker is a bullet shaped barbecue with two stacked 47cm triple plated cooking grates to increase capacity. It can cook a surprising amount of food at a time, infusing it with exciting complex flavours.
As it's so versatile, this Weber smoker is ideal to use at home or for taking away with you on camping trips.
With low and slow cooking, you can savour the cooking process over a few drinks whilst relaxing outside, whilst the Smokey Mountain produces food that is juicy, tender and just falls off the bone. To enhance smoke flavour, you can add wood chunks to the glowing charcoal, for an authentic hickory or apple aroma and taste.
Fill the water pan to moderate the temperature and help stop items drying out, producing succulent brisket, pulled pork or ribs.
