Tulip 'Canasta' (10 bulbs)

Tulip 'Canasta' is a gorgeous perennial bulb growing pinkish-white petals with delicate, white, fringed, lace-like edges.

Thanks to its excellent growth, great performance and reliable durability, this variety was awarded the prestigious Award of Garden Merit by the Royal Horticultural Society. It is also a part of the RHS Plants for Pollinators collection, recognising its value in attracting and supporting bees and other pollinators in the garden.

Blooming late in April and May, these tulips will grow slightly larger than most other tulips, reaching up to around 60cm/24". It grows sturdy stems that can withstand strong winds, floating gracefully above broad sword-shaped leaves.

These beautiful spring flowering bulbs are perfect for planting in beds, borders, pots and containers in clusters during the autumn. 'Canasta' tulips are versatile in combination, however, they should ideally be planted together, in groups of at least 10-15 for maximum impact. These uplifting flowers are also excellent in floral bouquets and are ideal for the cut flower garden.
