Tulip 'Queensland' (15 bulbs)

Tulipa 'Queensland' bulbs grow into a beautiful double flowering tulip variety with ruffled reddish-pink flowers with finely incised white edges.

Blooming throughout April and May, these easy to grow tulips are perfect for beds, borders or containers. For the best visual impact, plant in groups among other spring flowering bulbs for a stunning and colourful display. They excel as cut flowers and, with their mature height of 20cm, are excellent as container or potted plants.

Tulips, such as 'Queensland', will grow in a wide range of different soils, provided there is good drainage, in a position of full sun or partial shade. Try to plant bulbs at a depth and spread of 10cm/4".

Remove flower heads as they begin to fade and avoid repeatedly planting tulips in exactly the same spot that they have been grown in recent years.
