Masses of vibrant purple flowers grow from Triteleia Koningin Fabiola bulbs. Forming in delightful loose clusters, the funnel shaped flowers are wonderful addition to cottage gardens and informal spaces.
With each delicate flower, the violet blooms have a darker stripe down the centre of each petal that looks beautiful admired up-close. The flowers are held on stems up to 50cm in height to create an elegant display of colour.
A half-hardy perennial, they may need some protection if planted in areas that are prone to frosts, but otherwise, this is a very low-maintenance and easy to grow flower that is generally pest and disease free.
