Blooming heavily in late spring and early summer, Paeonia 'Nippon Beauty' will flower for approximately 7-10 days with incredible deep red petals forming a cup around a centre of golden edged staminodes.

These 'Nippon Beauty' bulbs will reach a height of approximately 70cm/28" and are very useful and adaptable in the garden. They are ideal as a specimen plant in groups for borders or beds, city gardens or cottage gardens. They can be used to border a walk or driveway as an informal hedge and will excel as cut flowers with a long vase life of over a week.

'Nippon Beauty' bulbs enjoy full sun or partial shade in rich, fertile, medium moisture, well-drained soils. They will prefer a sheltered location and may require staking in heavy wind or rain.
