This Premium Lumpwood Charcoal by Ooni is made from 100 per cent Birch from sustainable sources.

This high performance hardwood fuel has been hand-selected for use with Ooni Karu Pizza Ovens and is free from artificial chemicals, aromas or additives, ensuring your food is infused only with delicious wood-smoked flavour.

Solid, slow-growing, food-grade birch is fired in small batches to ensure ultra low moisture and ash content, meaning it lights easily with a prolonged and efficient burn. It should be ready to cook with after just 15 minutes and should give a more flavoursome result than with other charcoal.

Ooni Premium Lumpwood Charcoal is equally ideal for use with all charcoal barbecue grills.
