Narcissus 'Arctic Bells' is a dwarf daffodil growing fragrant and pale creamy yellow flowers with a funnel shaped corona and pointed outer petals.
Growing on short stems, above narrow dark green leaves, these daffodils will reach a mature height of around 20cm/8".
Daffodils, such as 'Arctic Bells', should ideally be planted informally in groups in beds and borders, under deciduous shrubs and trees or in lawns and outdoor containers. They are also excellent for rock gardens and outdoor terraces.
They like full sun or partial shade, in well-drained but moist, humus rich soil. Avoid very dry areas such as under conifers and plant at a depth and spread of 10cm/4".
Fully hardy in the UK, the foliage should be allowed to die naturally as early removal can cause the bulb not to flower in the following year.
