The Lilium 'Asiatic Orange' is a striking orange perennial that will be an uplifting addition to any summer bed or border as well as in tubs and pots on a terrace or balcony. Their bold long lasting bloom also makes them ideal for floral designs and as cut flowers.
These lilies should ideally be planted between March and June in a position of sun or partial shade and protected from strong winds. They fare best in a heavy, well drained soil with a good supply of humus. Look to plant the bulbs around 12cm deep and 32cm apart. When fully grown these lilies can reach a height of up to 90cm and a spread of around 30-40cm.
