Iris ‘Katharine Hodgkin’ bulbs grow into an award-winning dwarf iris with charming light blue flowers and speckled blue and creamy yellow flecks. Growing above slender, grass-like, grey-green leaves it is a delightful and welcome sight during the colder months.
In addition to its charming flowers, this bloom has excellent reliability and is easy to grow, with excellent resistance to pests and disease. In recognition of this it was given the coveted Award of Garden Merit from the Royal Horticultural Society.
Plant these wonderful blooms at the front of an early border or grow them in pots and containers to add colour to patios, terraces and balconies. For the greatest visual impact plant in clusters, where they will naturalise and return year after year with a wonderful display of delightful flowers.
