Illuminate your garden with the luminescent beauty of Hyacinth ‘Carnegie’ with its pure white flowers and sweet fragrance.
Hyacinth ‘Carnegie’ bulbs grow into elegant spikes of brilliant, sparkling white flowers. Shaped like stars, these blooms add a luminescent and uplifting glow to the garden.
When planted in clusters they illuminate the garden or they can be mixed with almost any early spring flowering bulb, such as daffodils, tulips and crocuses, for an exceptional spring display.
In addition to the wonderful flowers, these hyacinths have an exceptional fragrance that is a delight for the senses and makes them an excellent addition to large pots and containers, the cut flower garden, as well as mixed beds and borders.
With exotic good looks and appeal, these flowers are surprisingly easy and reliable to grow. They will also naturalise easily, returning year after year with a wonderful floral display.
To plant, simply find a sunny or partially shaded spot in the garden and dig a hole roughly 6 inches deep. They grow best in moist but well drained soil, so avoid areas with heavy clay soil. Add compost or manure, and water in well.
