A charming variety of Lenten rose, Hellebore ‘Orientalis’ grows pretty, outward facing pendent shaped flowers that are varied in colour. Often in shades of white, pink and purple or a wonderful spotted mixture, the flower colour that emerges is a wonderful surprise to enjoy from February through to March.
Forming a mound of attractive dark green foliage, it is a great choice for filling out beds and borders or for creating striking winter container arrangements. It will also thrive as underplanting around roses and shrubs.
Blooming during the bleakest months with long lasting flowers, it is an excellent choice for attracting bees and pollinators, adding to the biodiversity of your outside space. This low maintenance hellebore will flourish year after year with minimal care adding texture and colour to enjoy.
