Helleborus niger 'Jesko' blooms from November through to early spring with creamy white flowers that fade to creamy green as they mature.
Compact to around 40cm/15" tall and wide with fresh green foliage, this evergreen perennial is fully hardy, requires little care and is long lived. It can withstand cold spells or snow and will produce its dazzling white flowers all winter long.
It is ideal for garden borders or for underplanting deciduous trees or shrubs and will excel when used as a charming container plant on balconies, terraces and in entrance areas. It is particularly useful as a source of colour before the majority of spring and summer flowers get going.
Helleborus niger 'Jesko' is easy to care for and will prefer a semi-shaded spot in moist but well-drained soil.
