Hebe Addenda® ‘Donna Britta’ (2-Litre Pot)

Hebe Addenda® ‘Donna Britta’ is a wonderful variety of 'shrubby veronica' with striking purple floral spikes that burst from densely packed green foliage. The ideal addition to low-maintenance spaces, it has long-lasting flowers and evergreen foliage to admire.

Plant Hebe ‘Donna Britta’ in a container to add colour and interest to patio and seating areas, admire it in gravel areas and rockeries or combine it with an array of flowers at the front of a mixed bed. It will reliably flower each year and hold a neat and rounded silhouette with minimal maintenance.

A wonderful shrub to admire on its own in a pot, it also looks wonderful planted with a wide range of plants. From fragrant lavender and geraniums, to striking anemones and gladioli. To extend the show of colour you could also combine your hebe with early flowering bulbs such as daffodils and crocuses.

How to care for your hebe

Plant your hebe in a sunny or partially shaded position with protection from the worst of the winter weather. Keep your hebe well-watered in the first year, but not waterlogged, and trim it back lightly after flowering to encourage new growth.
