Iris 'Gordon' (15 bulbs)

Iris reticulata 'Gordon' is a dwarf bulbous perennial that blooms into pretty light blue petals, each with a tip of intense velvety purple and a blotch of bright orange in the centre, edged in white. These flowers appear above slender, grass-like, grey-green leaves that stretch up as high as the flower, disappearing by late spring.

Add these vibrant flowers to wildflower gardens to add a splash of colour to the lower levels. Alternatively, they can be planted in pots and containers, in rockeries, under planted trees, or in a cluster for a carpet of spring colour.

Plant these 'Gordon' bulbs roughly 8cm/3" deep in the ground and 8cm/3" apart, in moist yet well-drained soil from September to December for flowering in late winter and early spring.
